stopping the pill

If I want to stop taking BC and I'm in the middle of my pack, can I stop right now or is it better to finish out the pack?

If it makes a difference, it's Tri-cyclen 21.

I would probably wait until the end of the pack, to limit side effects.

Unless you are having bad side effects right now *from* the pill, I agree that you should probably try to finish the pack.

Thanks for your advice. I think I will. If anything, it keeps my flow regular and my cramps to a minimum.

I stopped a pack in the middle and I got my period right away but I can't remember having any other side effects. Except for my next period after that one I had realy bad cramps.

it makes no difference whatsoever if you stop now or when you're done. from the drop in the hormones you will likely get your period. that's it, that's all.
