I guess I just want some advice on this brand.

Does it work?
Does it feel like any old arousal lube? (i.e nothing special.. ??)
Is it worth the money? (i.e are there cheaper brands out there that do the saaame thing?)
Is it safe if you are sort of prone to vaginal infections?
Is it sticky??? haha
Is it mainly for ladies who cannot reach climax? Or will it work for anybody regardless if you have trouble climaxing or not?

If you are prone to vaginal infections, I would avoid KY in general, and anything warming/tingling/sensitizing in particular.

My roommate and I were just discussing lube today. She told me that KY's the only FDA-approved lube (that she knows of, at least) and that's what she uses, but when I looked at the ingredients it included glycerin (which I know is a no-no for YI-prone people like me) and parabens (which I've read quite conflicting things about). Do you happen to know, is there any kind of glycerin-free KY lube? There are SO many lubes out there, I've been reading about all different kinds online and my head is spinning!

K-Y Intrigue (http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=161431&catid=9966&aid=337953&aparam=k_y_intrigue_premium_pe&CAWELAID=61237894) is glycerin-free, though it's also silicone-based.

K-Y Sensual Silk (http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=158787&catid=682&brand=7944&trx=PLST-0-BRAND&trxp1=682&trxp2=158787&trxp3=1&trxp4=0&btrx=BUY-PLST-0-BRAND&cmbProdBrandFilter=7944) is glycerin-free and water based. I've used this one before and thought it was fine for things like menstrual cup insertion; but for me, it wasn't really long-lasting enough for use during sex.

Thanks for the info! I've looked at so many lubes lately it's ridiculous - I'm just so afraid that anything I try will give me yet another YI.

I haven't tried that one specifically, but I've only had problems with KY.

Ditto on this as far as KY being awful. I, too, tried their "warming" one, but really didn't feel anything different at all. My ex was all "WHOA THIS IS SO WARM OMG!" but even applied directly to my girlbits, I just got zippo.

Due to my prior experiences with KY and its failures in YI prone chicks, as well as the "wtf, how is this different AT ALL?" re: warming, I haven't given any of their new increased-sensation lubes a shot. I get more out of the minty Axe shower gel than I did from KY warming ;)
