Ack! Help! Stabby feeling?

So, for the past 10 minutes or so it's felt like someone was stabbing me in the left inner labia with something stabby and long. It hurts really, really, really bad. Anyone else have any ideas what this could be?

I peed, and it didn't help OR burn. The only thing that kinda helps is pushing on the whole area with the heel of my hand, which is certainly making typing awkward.

Edited to Add: It's not a constant feeling...it will last like 4 or 5 seconds, and then have between 5 and 30 seconds between stabbings. Maybe someone has a voodoo doll of my crotch?

I thought I was some kind of freak or something.

It doesn't happen to me too often and it's pretty random and spontaneous.

I have no idea what it's caused by, but I'm glad to know I'm not alone.

I would definitely say it's a pinched nerve; trying massaging the area, and if the pain should subside shortly, in my opinion.

I get that feeling too...in all parts of my body (not all at the same time!), including the labia. My doctor has said it's just random neuralgia pain and not cause for concern. YMMV, but hopefully not. :)

Sometimes I get that pain when I'm constipated. It'll feel like my vagina is being stabbed!
