BC help!?

I currently go to school around an hour from my home/closest planned parenthood. I ended my period and was supposed to start a new pack on Saturday. I went to PP on Friday to pick up next month's pills, and they were closed. I tried to hurry and make it there today (Monday, 2 days late) after my last class, but I was 3 minutes late and they were closed....again. I looked at their hours and the only time they will be open when I don't have class is Friday, 6 days after I should have started my new pack. I won't see my boyfriend for a month, so being protected isn't an issue. What should I do? This is the closest PP in my area, so I can't get it transferred. Do I need to skip class to make yet another attempt to pick up my pills, or would it be okay if I waited until friday, then start the new pack on saturday?

If pregnancy prevention is all you're using it for, I'd say it's fine. As long as you've had 7+ days of pills by the time you see your boyfriend then everything's ok :-)

You might get whatever side effects you got when you first started, a little. Your head won't pop off or turn green or anything, it'll just be like when you first started them. After a week you'll be protected. No biggie.
