A simple google search can give you great answers:

Good luck with your shaving!

if it will be in a month, my friend suggests using a permanent marker to trace the shape onto the skin as a guideline for shaving around, she says rubbing alcohol will take the marker off....

she probably didn't think about that. i haven't tried it, personally.

my guess is that it takes marker off her kid's legs so she figured it'd work...

good point.

Baby wipes would probably work...my pampers will take anything off

maybe that's where the waiting a month comes in somehow?

like after it starts growing back in a bit use the alcohol and then use the stubble as a guide for the rest of the month?

There's the kit you can get...if only I could remember the name of it.
I'm gonna do some research and get back to you.

I personally think pubic hair shapes are tacky, but if you're bound and determined to do it, a good tactic is to cut out a "template" out of stiff paper or cardboard and then use an electric trimmer to remove what's not covered by the template. Otherwise, you can freehand it, or draw it on with permanent marker and then wait a couple of days for it to heal before removing the marker.
