I'm coming off of HBC after 10 years and my libido is coming back, but slowly... i would like to do whatever i can to help it along. any ideas? herbal remedies? exercises? magic spells?

Masturbation! Remind your body that hey, this feels good! Set aside some time for communing with your handheld showerhead or vibe (orgasm optional, though of course useful), on a deliberate schedule if necessary, and hopefully have some relaxing recreation.

General exercise is unlikely to hurt, if taken in moderation; good diet is always good, etc. Getting sensual stuff for the bath or silky nightgowns or whatever makes you feel good -- always good!

I'll back the sexy fiction. Find something that is your taste and go with it. The internet can be a source for this (as well as for mind breaking stuff) but bookstores work great too.

Watching romances or some movie where I really just admire the pants off the guy (or I wish I could) helps too. Hubby reaps benefits. Win win!
