So it's fairly common knowledge that the way your juices taste can be affected by what you eat/drink, right? Because--okay, well, I don't know about the taste per se, but I had a big bowl of instant oatmeal last night, and today my discharge has a distinct maple & brown sugar aroma to it. This also happened a couple weeks ago, the last time I ate the oatmeal. Had it for breakfast and by afternoon I noticed the smell, which I thought I might be imagining, and which was gone by the next day.

I guess I can't really complain that my box smells like my favorite flavor of oatmeal, but wtf? I was under the impression that it took at least a short period of fairly regular consumption of whatever for the effect to become noticeable. Anyone else experience this?

IDK about oatmeal, but whenever I drink coffee, my pee smells like coffee for like a day.

Me too! I also taste like Nutrisweet if I drink SlimFast.

When I have pineapple cake I tend to smell like the sugary/juicy part of the cake for about a day afterwards. Oh! And chicken! Whenever I eat chicken I smell like it all day the next day. It's really weird, but kind of neat. If I ever get that far with a boy I plan on experimenting with the food and the 'tastes' to see what happens.

Haha this happens to me too, especially with porridge! One week we ate spaghetti bolognese three times, bad money time, you know how it is. Anyway me and my girlfriend both smelled like it for about a week. Every time we had sex I threatened to bring a shaker of parmesan cheese to bed!

HA! This is hilarious and awesome. My boyfriend and I both eat fairly monumental amounts of garlic, and consequently both have pretty garlicky-flavored bits. Neither of us mind, and he actually seems to like it even more when I've eaten over my normal crazy amount.

Although it can kind of backfire. We had an off-brand bacon at my work (I'm a cook, and nibble on bacon pretty regularly at work) that had ridiculous amounts of smoke-flavoring added. It really creeped me out, because the result was that my junk ended up smelling strongly of fried chicken?! I stopped eating it until we got a different brand.

I've had the 'eat bacon and smell/taste like bacon' thing happen to me before.

Huh. My bits pretty much just always smell like my bits, or his bits if I've been scrumpin' recently.

Yeah, I've never noticed a food-y smell/taste to my lady parts. Interesting!

Maple syrup is just one of those smells/tastes that goes through pretty much instantly, at least for me. If I have pancakes for breakfast, I smell and taste of maple syrup for the next day and a half or so. Ditto garlic, though, which is less fortunate, and strawberry, which is awesome.

Maple syrup does the same thing to me too.

Maple syrup does that to me, too.

So do pineapple, garlic, and large amounts of onions.

I have to second the coffee thing. My area smells like it after I drink it.

Smacks (you know, the cereal with the frog mascot?) will make me smell like maple syrup, especially when I pee.
