Heated patches that stick onto your underwear right over your crampy belly, and the heat lasts for up to eight hours! So... why am I not using one of these right now?
A quick field test proved that they weren't nearly hot enough for my girl. I bought a pack with the same hopes, but they weren't sufficent for her.
Not that you shouldn't try them though :) They're fairly cheap (5 bucks for 3?) and might do the trick. Just don't expect a heating pad/blanket replacement.
i agree completely. though the product is a good idea, it didnt help me out much-->but i also get major cramps so who knows. i found it more effective to just soak in a hot bath.
Well, with all the contradictory posts I can't decide if I'm gonna try them or not! I think I will for 5 bucks. I'm not looking for a cure-all, just something to comfort my belly while I'm at work.
oooooh. i want to try them out. i wonder if they sell them in Canada?! (on the website, you can only enter in a US postal code to find out where to buy. doh!)
thank you for posting this link. im interested to see if they'll work for me or not :)
