diflucan for men?

Can you treat men with Diflucan? I get yeast infections all the time and while I was reading another post I realized maybe my boyfriend is giving them to me.

Yes, men can take diflucan. I suggest having him see his MD and get swabbed and such, rather than giving him your prescription, though. A non-candida infection will not go away with diflucan, for instance.

i ask about diflucan because i have like 13 or 14 pills. i get them so often that my doctor just gives me a bunch to use over a 3-4 month period.

I would strongly advise against arbitrarily giving him a pill. Have him see a doc first.

seeing a doc isn't an option right now, but if next time we have sex i come down with another yi, i'll do the monistat thing for him instead.

You can use topical creams on guys, too. Much cheaper!
