No period on Nuvaring?

Is it normal/ok to not get a period on nuvaring? I took 2 negative pregnancy tests. I took the ring out on Friday, and still nothing :\

As we mention here (http://www.vaginapagina.com/index.php?title=Hormonal_Birth_Control#Are_periods.2C_or_.22withdrawal_bleeding.2C.22_normal_while_taking_HBC.3F), one of the actions of the hormones in the NuvaRing (and other forms of hormonal birth control) is to thin the uterine lining, and that can mean that sometimes there's not a lot (or anything) to be shed during your ring-free week. Also, it's totally normal for your period (or "withdrawal bleed") to occur at any point during that ring-free week, so even though yours hasn't shown up yet, it may arrive within the next few days.

Did you just start? I found it took my body a few cycles to get used to it! The first, I had almost no bleeding at all. Don't worry, you'll be okay.

It took my body a few cycles to get used to it, and every six months or so my body likes to change the start date. For example, I take my ring out on Sundays. My period used to come on Tuesdays, now it comes on Wednesdays.

The first time I used nuvaring, I got withdrawal bleeds just like my period. When I tried it again a couple years later, all I had was light spotting. Pretty normal, really.
