Please help me

I was having sex but then we slipped and it hurt like hell and I went to take a look and the bottom of my clit is torn down the middle. I'm panicing. Im going to the dotor but won't get in for another two hours. I'm panicing that I'm going to have to get stitches or that I will heal in half or that I will never orgasm again. I really, really need some reassurance.

i had a pretty bad rip when i had my daughter that covered an inch or so between my clit and urethra with room to spare. It turned out that it felt deeper than it was and was more of a skid mark than anyhting. You will probably be fine. You want to keep some vaseline on hand to cover your new rip so that when you pee it wont burn so much.

Did you have to get stitches? Or did it heal by itself? Part of the rip for me is covered by my clitoral hood so it's all kinda pushed together still

for that tear no. It healed on its own pretty quickly (i think a week, but i was bruised from the whole baby thing). I do have a little bit of a scar where the rip was (i noticed it in a close up pic i took recently). The one tear i did have stitched for was less painful honestly. The stitches itcha little, but it wasnt nearly as bad as i thought.

For advice: When you pee, try to keep a squirt bottle handy, or a cup if you dont have one, and spray/pour water over the cut while you pee. That will help keep it clean and cut down on burning. Then keep a thin layer of vaseline or A and D ointment (its what i had on hand..lol) over the cut to help keep germs and urine out of it. You can do sitz baths to help with discomfort though honestly with both of my tears, i just preferred a warm bath (which you may or not be allowed to do depending on the doc). Keep the bath short, but soaking it does help a lot.

I know stitches are a scary scary idea, but they might be a better option than having it continually rip open and never heal. :/ I'm hoping that it's a surface thing and isn't as bad as you think. Good luck sweetie! Keep us updated. :)

Ive had my clit tear a bit before...
I freaked out about it too.
But it did heal on its own after a few days.
Is it bleeding at all?

It bled heaps and heaps (one of the reason I was freaking out). The doctor says this is just due to the high blood flow to the area though.

I know from experience that wounds in the vulva heal quickly if they're taken care of. There are many factors of that area that contribute to expedited healing.

What factors are those? I'd really like it to heal as quickly as possible.

As to how it went the doctor said I won't need stitches if the bleeding stops on it's own. Otherwise I'll have to go to the hospital for a stitch :(

Luckily, due to the high amount of blood flow to the area, the wound should heal rather quickly. Best of luck, and I feel your pain (pun intended)!
