You guys answered all of my questions great almost a week ago. So, I have another one. It's been 9 days since I discovered my first 2 bumps. Well, I still haven't had any pain and they haven't crusted over. It honestly looks like the red bumps just got smaller in size. They don't hurt when you touch them and I am extremely raw, itchy, and sore from the inside. I feel like I have a yeast infection. The doctor hasn't called me back with results yet but to me, this just seems weird. Obviously, I have to wait until the doctor calls but for those of you that have had outbreaks, when do your sores blister and form a crust? Thanks for the help in advance :)

my boyfriend's "scab" over if he is not wet or moist. mine almost never form a scab. Also, it took a while for the doctor to call me too.

Umm, the first one was about 9 days of pretty serious pain and open sores. The good news is it gets milder the longer you have it, after 10 years I don't really have outbreaks at all, just a little soreness/tenderness once a year or so.
