Oh! Am I a moody cranky mess! Right now I feel good, but it's all happy hormones flooding me.

I've had PMS for 2 solid weeks, I reckon. Moodiness, cramps (less severe but longer), major crabbiness. And what I'm wondering is--could this be a result from a big change in diet? I stopped caffeine cold turkey just about a month ago, I cut back on fat, and I've been exercising.

Do you think that my loonnng PMS could have to do with that? Has anyone here experienced similar reactions?

I'm kinda in the middle of the same thing right now. About a month ago, I started eating healthier, and have been exercising, but I haven't changed the caffiene. Anyway, last month my period was delayed about 2 weeks (was due the 3rd- got it on the 28th). And this month, I still haven't gotten it yet. It seems that my whole cycle has been changed. Oh, and the cramps have been worse too. My OB/GYN is also my best friend. She lives next to me. She said that any time the body goes through physical stress, it can change your cycle- and that includes exercise. But she also says that it's nothing to worry about as long as it does come eventually. But she said that it should straighten out within 2 months. I'm lucky that I see her on almost a daily basis. Anyway, hope this helps!

They say exercise makes PMS so much better but I dont believe it. They also say that cutting down on sugar prevents years infections which is so not true! I cut sugar completely and *started* getting yeast infections. Strange how the body works.
