Favorite Condoms?

Hey girls just a quick question. What condoms do you like? I'm currently looking for a new one because I have a feeling the ones that I am using are irritating me. I use the blue Trojan ones that are lubricated; i'm also on birth control, but I want to use a condom also since I'm on Accutane.

We had no luck with Trojans. Only brand that ever broke under normal use conditions.

Lifestyles is the cheapest, and we used them from 92-99 to space our kids. They were comfortable and we had no breakage.

My boyfriend and I have only used Trojans for the past nearly 4 years of being together and have never had any breakage whatsoever. But... my friend's younger sister is pregnant after having (protected with a condom) sex only twice and one of those times involving a broken condom, and apparently it was Lifestyles brand.

lately ive been using trojan ultra thins, and i like them ok.

i have a mild latex allergy, but it is surpassed by my hatred of polyurethane condoms. id rather deal with the slight irritation from the latex. the poly ones i found felt like using a sandwich baggie.

Same here. Regular-size condoms don't fit any man I've ever done; maybe I'm just lucky but regular condoms seem so small.

We use the Naturalamb brand (which is a Trojan sub-brand, but they have their own website for it); they are lubricated, though, so if you're sensitive to various lubes that might not work for you.

(Also, lambskin condoms only protect against pregnancy, not STIs, as you probably know. O:> )

They are a tad expensive, though.

We use the yellow Trojans... I think they're the ribbed, ultra-thin, lubricated... or they may be the warming ones... I forget! But, we do use both of those and love them.

Time for me to chime up with my love for Pleasure Plus! My boyfriend says they're more comfortable and he can feel more and I like them too. And they come in a cool metal box!

My SO says he doesn't notice anything special about them. We bought some extra studded Durex at the same time as the Pleasure Plus and those make me a very happy girl.

And I was on accutane years ago... but I'd be using extra lube as well, it dries you out so badly. I'm STILL addicted to chapstick! :P

We usually use the blue-boxed lubricated trojans, too, and I always feel a bit irritated afterward. It's not bad, but I feel like they create a lot of friction on my labiae. BUT recently (like two days ago haha) we tried some trojan ultra-thin lubricated (a grey-ish box), and I like them better. It might just be psychological, but they feel smoother and slippery-er. My boyfriend doesn't like them as much though, because they're tighter on him, and he doesn't really "feel more".

I want to just go on HBC and do away with condoms, but for some reason he doesn't trust that as much as condoms. Ah well.

Durex Extra Sensitive, in the purple wrapper. They're the top-rated condom by consumer reports for durability and reliability, and though I don't have a whole lot of sex, never had a problem.

They're very thin, and very accomodating of wider gentlemen without being too baggy. I think this is due to the thinness making a stretchier ring. Easy on, seriously like using nothing. :)

I thought it's instructed to take birth control because of taking Accutane (if you get pregnant while taking Accutane the baby is likely to be deformed)...not vice versa?

The OP mentioned that she's on birth control; I believe she's looking to *add* condoms as a second form of protection. Patients taking Accutane are usually told to use 2 forms of protection, since Accutane is very teratogenic.

Adding my 2 cents: we love Vivid Large (http://www.condomdepot.com/product/catalog.cfm/nid/202) condoms. They are extremely thin and feel like nothing.

I really didn't like trojans since the first time I used them... And now I use Durex... The pink ones, I dont know which those are.
They smell like strawberries!
