my friend liz kind of indirectly inspired an idea for a zine. liz has always told me how much she enjoys personal zines, she says she likes them because sometimes you can say "wow! i do that too, i thought i was the only one!". i believe that knowing your not the only one is very empowering to a person, so i want to do a zine that every reader can say "wow! i do that too, i thought i was the only one!" at least once.

so i need submissions. *slaps forhead*

i know we all have strange quirks or weird rituals. do you pluck your eyebrows but not shave anything? do you closely examine your menstrual pads?

so if there's something that you're insecure about email me (quietgrrl@bust.com) or post to this as a comment something that is little known about you that might empower someone else. also, if you don't want your name to be reviled then post anon and if you do want your name reviled then post your name (and if you do a zine or project or something that you want to plug, throw that in there two).
