Skipping periods

I'm sorry i know this has been asked a million times but..
this is the first time i'm going to skip my period. i'm a sunday starter, so does that mean when i finish with my 3rd week pill on sunday, i start taking the next pack the next day, monday? won't that change my whole starting day forever? or does it not matter?

If you're a Sunday starter, then won't your last active pill in Pack 1 be a Saturday pill? So you'd still start the next pack on Sunday.

For example, I know that I'm a Friday starter, and I just took my last active pill tonight -- Thursday.
