Pregnancy Test Question

I just took a First Response pregnancy test. But i forgot to put the overcap back  on. Did not putting the overcap back on screw up the test? I got the results I wanted, but I just wanted to make sure I did it right.

I really don't think the cap has anything to do with it...unless you get something other than urine on the stick, lol. But no, I don't think it would have an affect...

I think the cap is there just so you won't touch urine to other surfaces. I don't think it will have any effect on your test unless you had the stick touch another liquid or something.

The directions should tell you whether or not it's alright. Usually they say either way is fine.

no it doesn't make a difference as long as you don't touch the tip or spill anything on it and as long as you leave it flat on the table.
