I'm also prone to UTIs, and I have had one recurr after finishing a course of antibiotics. In that instance, I think it was because I didn't do everything I should have (not drinking enough water, etc.) I wouldn't worry too too much. I try to take a cranberry pill most days to try to prevent them. Oh my god I hate UTIs. I just had one last week. : (
