For the vibrator problem, you might consider getting a hand-held massager. It only does clit stimulation but works if you still live at home and you don't want your parents knowing what you're doing (like me). Homedics makes a lot and they sell them at Target and Walmart, so no internet ordering.

I've never been able to make this one (http://www.amazon.com/HoMedics-PA-100-Therapist-Percussion-Massager/dp/B000063TL4/ref=pd_bbs_sr_2/102-1408164-6644941?ie=UTF8&s=hpc&qid=1180486532&sr=8-2) work so well. It's really heavy and I can't get relaxed with it.
It might take some trial and error on your part to find one that works, though it is worth it in the end!
