I've lost about 80 pounds in the past few years, but I really haven't noticed a change in my labia. But I had a hard time seeing the change in the rest of me, so if there is a difference I probably can't tell.
Though... I suppose that I am a little less "puffy" down there. Hmm. I'll have to keep an eye on things as I lose my last 20 pounds.
