You should be able to get plan B over the counter if you're in the US and you're over 18. Call the pharmacies nearest you and make sure they have it. Depending on if you have insurance or not, it will probably cost you between $20 and $50. You can check on that over the phone too. If that's more than you can afford, remember that first off it's cheaper than the alternative, but in any case check out your nearest Planned Parenthood or student health care center, where you may be able to get it for less. Plan B is most effective the sooner it's taken, so try to get it ASAP if you're going to take it.

It's not the most likely thing for you to get pregnant from sperm in his precum right after you finished your period, but it is possible. Sperm can live for several days in your body, and if you ovulate early, that would be enough.
