ECP should only be taken when needed. ECP can either make a period come sooner, later, or will seem to have no effect on the woman's cycle. also, as stated by others, you should not use two condoms as doing that makes it more likely that there will be an issue with breakage. if she is having issues with her cycles being regular, then she should see a doctor about it as manytime that issue can be fixed by HBC - which would also add an extra layer of protection against pregnancy when used with the condoms. FYI: pregnancy tests can start to be used 14 days after sex if a female still has not gotten her period and is worried about being pregnant.
