Ingredients are:
water, grapefruit seed extract, hemp seed oil, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, menthol, l-arginine and citric acid

So, yes I guess it does have menthol :)

depends how much though
use sparingly until you know its okay :)
sounds like nice ingredients though

I tried Viacreme, which is probably like that. If you like the feeling of ice down there, you might like it. I personally didn't. It felt weird and uncomfortable, but I don't like ice.
