She would never take legal action on that doctor, she holds him in high regard. She's a nurse and would never do that, she realizes that unfortunately mistakes do happen, and she has a beautiful (yet still unplanned)boy to show for it :) i'd hate to think that that happens frequently, or even at all...but i'm just saying...it's possible.
