i have a vertical hood piercing. it cost me about $100, but i live in canada so it might be more here. mine was a bit uncomfortable for awhile after...especially right under the hood. it didn't feel very nice and i thought dear god i hope it doesn't always feel like this. now it's totally fine. i wouldn't really say it's added to pleasure or anything. just if you move it around a little. i just wanted it done because i like how it looks.
