I'm a geek too!...Ok I realsied last night when I went hunting for the books I believe it could be in that my best friend still has them and she lives 4.5 hours away from me and I won't be seeing her til winter holiday time, so in light of that I can give you a list of books I think it was in.

The Chalice and the Blade: Our History our Future Raine Eisler Woman's Encyclopedia of Myths and Secrets Barbara G Walker Restoring the Goddess: Equal Rites for Modern Women Barbara G Walker
those are the books I've narrowed it down to...I will still try to find it for you but like I said it could take a while... I'm also going to get my friend on the quest too as she has all my books ;D
also if you are really into word knowledge like me I would recommend the Woman's Encyclopedia mentioned above it's filled with lots of amazing and interesting things!
