Shaving and Sweating

Sooooooo two questions-


1. This is kinda weird, but when I sit down on one of those plastic seats at school, after I've been outside in the humidity (I'm in FL), my butt sweats.... actually, the part that sweats is more like the part of my vagina that's more in the back (near my butt- know wat i mean?? i know, weird way of tryin to explain but im having some trouble lol)..so anyway, when i sweat, it leaves this little wet mark on the seat, which can be embarrassing when i get up cuz theres this little oval-ish wet spot on the seat....

2. I'm pretty sure this has probably been asked, but any suggestions as to how to make it not be so itchy when you shave "down there"? I tried once, and it was itching like crazy for like...2 weeks, while it was growing back. any suggestions to make it not itch?
