I have had it done, and it wasnt that bad. It was about 4 years ago now(when I was your age), so I dont remember it that well. The main things that I do remember are that they numb the area with a needle (kinda freaky but not that painful over all), I couldnt stop my legs from shaking and I was sore afterwards for a day or two. But I have an awesome gynocologist and he is just about the most gentle gyno I have ever had.
Just remember to relax and make sure you are in a comfortable position before she starts. And try not to worry, I know its scary, but stressing over it wont do any good, kwim?
