post-period funk

is it just me, or does the end of the period discharge (usu more brown for me) smell really different than the period and not good?
it smells a lot stronger to me than just regular period.

I think the same. The actual bloody part of my period doesn't really smell bad; it's just a thick, warm smell. But the spotting and brownish discharge I get toward the end smells, well, a little rancid.

My period usually smells fine, and then the day after it's all gone, I smell NASTY down there. I don't even know what to compare it to, but it is a really gross smell that sometimes goes away with a good scrubbing, sometimes lingers.

For some reason, I am on the last day of my period and it smells like semen. First time that's ever happened to me!

Different, and technically "worse", but not bad since I think I smell good at all times. (Yay being veggie!)

yeah, i think so too. i get almost a burnt smell, and it's really strong and kind of unpleasant. i use pads exclusively, and i've started wondering if maybe that's the smell that happens when my vagina doesn't get to breathe enough, and maybe it's only showing up at the end of my period because there's barely any blood to cover that smell. i don't know, this is all speculation.
