breakthrough bleeding/running

do any other runners here notice if they run on hot days they get minor breakthrough bleeding? i started running 3 months ago, and its happened twice... im not on any pill, nor have i ever been, so its not hormone enduced [beyond whatever may be happening with my body when i run on hot days]
