PMS

I think I'm having trouble with PMS. I am depressed a lot of the time, and over the past few months it has gotten considerably worse. I'd say 9 days out of 10 I am depressed. I do have one or two days here and there where I'll be in a fantastic mood but this rollar-coaster is wearing me out. I didn't even want to get out of bed today because I woke up with this feeling of depression and dread.

I've done all I know how to do to regulate my mood, but I'm yet to find something that works. I exercise regularly, eat fairly well (lots of vegetables), try to maintain a stable blood sugar level, have a positive outlook on life, keep my thoughts positive (I've looked at attitude and all that pyschological stuff), take vitamins, I've done everything I can think of.

I suspected it may be caused by hormones after reading this book (http://www.thebodyblues.com/) about how hormones affect women's moods - not just when they have their period or in the week before their period, but all the time. So I bought the recommended vitamin supplements and took those but there was no change.

I would like to know if anybody else experiences what I've described, and if so, is it hormone related? Is there anything I can take to stablise and elevate my mood? I'd appreciate any suggestions because I really don't want to live my life like this anymore.
