Stress can defintely have an impact on your period. Other things can also impact on it such as hormonal imbalances but that would be unlikely in your case (having regular periods for a long time). Have you been under stress lately? Stressing about when it will come will tend to make it come even later. Make sure your eating well and getting some exercise I'd try and wait it out but if it hasn't turned up in the next couple of weeks it can't hurt to get it checked out by a doctor. And it definetley isn't a sign that something is terribly wrong with you. Our bodies aren't machines sometimes they don't always work they way we expect them too.
