I don't use the nuva ring but I always hear such great things about it. Either I hear great stuff OR the really bad stuff (side effects) but gain, HBC is all about body chemistry. No one can tell you how you will react.
So, maybe the ring is your best bet right now, if the chewable version of Ovcon is likely to cost you more.
