Ok, I have read the UTI faq, but I am still worried.

History: 20 year old girl who gets a UTI about every other year, history of ovarian cysts, possibly endo, sexually active with one partner (except rarely as of late due to illness), no stds

I started having a problem after urinating, where I would continue to drip urine for a good 2-3 minutes after urinating. It escalated into the typical UTI symptoms (I've had them before) with burning while peeing, cloudy and smelly urine, bladder pain. So I stopped drinking pop and other sugary stuff and began flushing with lots of water and cranberry supplements, but it seemed to be getting worse. So I went to the doctor, peed only a tiny bit in a cup, and he gave me antibiotics even though the dip test showed nothing. After this, I was having slight fevers and flank pain and the antibiotics were messing up my digestive system pretty badly. The doctor then told me that the culture he sent out to the lab was negative/inconclusive for UTI-causing bacteria. So I quit taking the antibiotics, and in a couple of days I felt better. Only problem is that of course, the antibiotics caused a yeast infection (the second one I've ever had, the first was in April 06).

There is a coinciding medical problem here, that I am not too sure about. I was taking four to six calcium antacid pills a day for constant heartburn (acid reflux runs in the family on both sides and I have been very stressed lately). When I started having the pain near my kidneys, a friend suggested that it could possibly be a kidney stone from the buildup of the antacids. So I quit taking those on the same day I quit the antibiotics (about 5 days ago) and although I am feeling ok while continuing to drink tons of water, I still have the dripping problem post-urinating and feeling burning down there and bladder-area pains (plus a new canker sore in my mouth that I am contributing to stress).

So basically, how can I make my vagina, bladder and stomach all get along? I am hoping to go on Nexium for the acid-reflux. For the abdomen issues, my doctor really wants me to get an ultra sound, but my mother's medical debt is making it difficult for me to do that, even though I have insurance. The doctor also gave me an order to redo the UTI dip test and culture, is it possible that my sample could have been diluted and too small to accurately show up? And if it does turn out that I still have a bladder/kidney infection, what else can I do that isn't on the FAQ? Because I am doing everything and it is still there--plus I don't think going on antibiotics is the answer due to yeast. Or, on the chance that my friend is right and it is a kidney or bladder stone, what can I do for that?

Help! TIA!
