Should I be Worried?

I got off BC a few months ago, the last pill I took was around the beginning of February. Since then my cycle has been pretty wonky, ranging from 30-40 days (But my cycle before BC was pretty irregular as well). My last cycle began on June 6th and stopped around 13th-14th.
I had sex this past Monday and Wednesday (19 and 21). We used protection for the most part on Wednesday, there were a few thrusts in an out without a condom (maybe 3 minutes), but we used one afterwards when he finished. Today we used a condom again, but for some reason it kept slipping (not completely off however) but he never finished. Our condoms are spermicided.
I don't know if I should be worried or not because of the day it occured. It happened around the 13th day, and I know that day is typical for most girls to be ovulating (with a 28 day cycle). But because my cycle is always longer than 28 days, is my ovulating day still around there? Should I have reason to be worried or should I purchase Plan B?
Your help would be greatly appreciated. =)
