sounds like the donut thing is a cervix to me! I also get the banging problem (and yes, it hurts like hell). I've never had anyone touch my cervix with their fingers though. I find the banging usually hurts because of rough/hard sex, fast movements etc. Apparently it's also another gspot so the OMFGOMFGYESYES would make sense :)
