Stomach Pains

vaginapaginaSo I don't know what's wrong with me. For the past 3 days I've had these horrible pains in my stomach area. It almost feels like I'm cramping but I took midol and it didn't help whatsoever.
I thought maybe it'd be a bladder infection but I looked at all the symptoms and I don't really have any.
It kinda hurts worse after I pee but not really.
When I eat it doesn't help or make it worse at all.
Otherwise that's the only thing that's bugging me is these pains in my stomach area.
edit! Lately I've been getting dizzy whenever I stand up. These pains have been going on and off and it's just a jabbing sort of pain.
