You'll probably find the most info under HPV and related issues, as a colpo is often done after an abnormal pap smear. My cramping lasted for less than a week (probably significantly less, but I don't recall specifically). The funky discharge starts about 24 hours in, if I'm remembering correctly. Check out the abnormal pap smear and HPV archives and tags and see if anything there is helpful. hpv also has great info.
