Hello fellow VP-ers :)
This is my first post, though I comment whenever I can. Just thought I'd share a fun article one of my friends sent me that I think we can all enjoy ;) Sex Cures the Common Cold? (I have to admit, on first reading this article I sort of went "Hmmm... All these researchers are men... Coincidence?" But hey, it's still a nifty article)
Also, as a warm fuzzy for all of us, my mom and I have a really good relationship about everything but sex. I finally got up the guts to talk to her today about looking into birth control methods at my next gyno appointment (although I could do it without her knowing, I like to be open with her). She took it really well and we had a really good conversation, and I feel like we're even closer now, which is great. And fortunately, from reading this community, I feel very prepared to discuss all my BC options with my gyno and end up with the best possible decision, or else nothing. (which I'm okay with. I'd rather use condoms forever than be unhappy with my BC!) So thank you all for your informative posts/comments!
