My sister had a friend who was raped and got pregnant from it, but she didn't realize she'd been raped. She thought being pregnant just "happened." She'd grown up in a very loving but tabooed Catholic family, and she never ever EVER learned about that sort of thing. There's even a Law & Order SVU episode based on it!
