I'm unclear about what happened. Did he pull out without ejaculating and the condom was left behind? You say you got up before he cummed? What does that mean?
Regardless, it is possible some semen entered your vagina. Even pre ejaculatory semen can cause pregnancy, although usually it contains no semen...but not always.
From now on though, make sure to have him withdrawl while holding onto the base of the condom, just after ejaculation. It's important to have condoms that fit and to withdrawl before the penis loses even some of the erection, not taking these precautions can cause the condom to slip off.
I think it is worth the MAP. I'd also reccomend using a backup meathod to condoms such as spermacide foam, the Today sponge, a diaphragm, or the pill.
