Okay this is a bit of weirdness… I know that I did have sex on 3 likely fertile days this cycle, and I use neem oil as a contraceptive. I should start menstruating today but, I have had secondary symptoms of pregnancy for about 2 weeks: UTI that will not respond to treatment, nausea, some cramping like someone is lightly sitting on my stomachwith occaisional sharp but not unbarable pain, flutters, constipation (very strange because I am a mostly raw 100% vegan), irritability, exhaustion, and food cravings, (even of foods that I have not eaten in over 14 years).
I got the clear blue easy electronic test that says you can use it up to 4 days before your period is due, I used it 3 days ago and it said “not pregnant” and I just ejected the test strip without investigating it, but when I used it today it still said “not pregnant” but when I ejected the strip I noticed the good ole pregnancy test lines I remember from my last pregnancy and the second one was there and visible but very light. Now had I been reading it I would have said yuppers that is a positive, but maybe it behaves differently for the electronic model? Does any one have any experience with the clear blue easy electronic reader? Does it normally show what human eyes would read as a very light positive but in fact mean negative?

I would get a different kind of pregnancy test. I'm partial to the old fashioned tests anyway. You can buy them cheap at Walmart or the dollar store. They're just as accurat.

It's something I've never heard about, what is "neem oil"?

Try a different test. It's easy to get a false negative on a test, but not a false positive. I have used the generic pee-on-this-stick tests from Walmart and Target and they worked fine for me! You might try first response which also has an early detection test.

When I used it, I put drops on a cotton ball and put that inside. Not sure if it makes much of a difference, but it worked perfectly for me.

It might just be me but the source seems incredibly poorly written, and asserts that it prevents stds........id like to know exactly how....semen is still going to make contact with the insides of the woman, and for things like herpes, the genital contact is still being made. A very poor and misleading source as far as Im concerned.

And uh, India doesn't exactly have a low birth rate....

Just sounds like an evaporation line to me. If you are really worried/curious then go buy another test :)
