Maybe your hymen is giving you problems? If you saw two holes side-by-side, maybe you have a septate hymen (not work-safe, but check out the third image, the septate hymen is the drawing in the top-right of the third image: http://www.rotten.com/library/sex/hymen/). Though I dunno what your sexual history is, so this guess may be totally off.
