Eep...higher up? I'm tempted to give the Diva a try considering its guarantee. And I'm willing to work at it a bit, I just wonder how its ease of use would fit my busy lifestyle. I don't have a whole lot of time to work with it, but I'd do my best. I feel so high-maintenance XD
