You shouldn't use oil-based lubes if there's a vagina involved: it's too damn hard to wash out of the body -- it can hang out there for days, encouraging bacteria to cling on, which can lead to infections.
They offer this list of possible DIY lubes for giving guys handjobs ONLY - not for use in the vagina: Generic hand cream Baby oil Hair conditioner Peanut/coconut/olive/vegetable oil Hair gel
but man, just go get some lube anyway, I reckon. ;)
