pubic hair

Sometimes my pubic hair feels very dry, and wiry. It's usually when I get fed up during my period and use my razor to trim it down a little(I have really curly hair). Is there anything I can do to make it more managable? I don't think using regular conditioner for my hair is helping much.

I've got very dry hair, and deep conditioner works well on my pubic hair. Also, maybe rubbing in a hypoallergenic lotion would help (it certainly couldn't hurt).

My boyfriend has the same problem, he has to condition almost daily, otherwise he will literally cut me with his pubic hair during sex. Dove is cheap and works very well.

Would a leave-in conditioner work?

I sometimes use Olay for extra dry skin, as it has shea butter in it, and also use it to shave with as well. It works for me.

This was recommended to me at a "playtime party" (y'know, vibrators, things to spice up relationships and whatnot) and I found it to be really good. It's not only a conditioner for coarser body hair, but it's also a shave gel to help prevent razor burn. It doesn't work perfectly at preventing "the burn" but it definitely helped me out. Good luck!
