*blinks* Dr's screw up so many times, especially if she is low income. They just get worn out, and care more about keeping her from being pregnant than her mental state, or no one told the dr that gave her the shot she was depressed.
Watch her close if you can. See if you can get them to send her to her own dr, or won that knows her condition better.
