Hi everyone, I keep reading posts about masturbation and I can't help but think about it. Quite frankly it doesn't appeal to me, I've tried the meathods suggested in my last post, but nope nada. I don't think it's icky, it just doesn't appeal to me. Is this normal? Does anyone else feel this way?

you're not alone, although i'd also like to know if it's "normal".

i have no problem with my body, but masturbation does nothing for me. i've only tried it a handful of times (no pun intended) when i was younger (14ish) and didn't really dig it. i may try again since it's been several years, but i'm not expecting much.

my SO didn't believe me when i told him i don't do it because i "know so much about my body", which i do and women's health is a passion of mine... however, touching myself is as exciting as watching flies mate (which i've seen, so i can use that analogy -=] ).

i tried when i was 14 and 16 and never came once. then i tried it when i got older and realized that stimulation wasn't what i needed half as much as pressure. so i dont really do it the same way porno stars do or whatever, because the touching part is a nice warm up, but unless i actually press AGAINST my clit, i don't ever have an orgasm. also, i might be kind of like a guy in the respect that i usually use erotica. (not porn or playboy) to get me going. just sitting there thinking about having sex doesn't do it for me most of the time.

see my problem is that i try to fantasize about my boyfriend but being that this summer we kept getting caught by my mom. So everytime I think about him in a sexy way, she ends up popping in. Nice huh? What I did was wrong but she shouldn't be in my sexy dreams ;)
