CHICAGO, Illinois (AP) -- Gov. Rod Blagojevich approved an emergency rule Friday requiring pharmacies to fill birth control prescriptions quickly after a Chicago pharmacist refused to fill an order because of moral opposition to the drug.

That's you, me, and everyone else from downstate. I knew it was going to be a long 4 years when he refused to move into the govenor's mansion. I think he should just propose Chicago to break away from the rest of the state. That would make everyone happy!

Yeah. He sure isn't doing anything to allow progression. Rockford and other smaller cities will continue to be ignored, we will never grow and prosper or get the airport or train we so desperately need. This is supposed to be the third largest city in Illinois and our airport only goes to Las Vegas and a couple other places. It's ridiculous!

That's something I feel really strongly about. During Ryan's administration, they approved land aquistion around Peotone (south of Chicago a ways) for a 3rd Chicagoland airport. That has halted. It pisses me off because they need a third airport, but our wonderful govenor is too busy sucking Daly's cock to do anything about it. Not to mention when Daly bulldozed Meig's Field. I feel my blood pressure rising, so maybe I should stop...

What we need is a democrat from downstate to be elected. Not that there's much of us down here, but it's sad when I would rather have a republican elected as govenor because I know that there's a greater chance that my interests will be looked after instead of Chicago's. I feel dirty saying that!
