Things that make you go........"wtf?!"

Hi everyone.Member me? I posted about a month or so ago about how I hadnt had my period for (at the time 3months)3months.Well I called the ob/gyn and talked to the doctor.....I was supposed to call back with a day I can come in.Never happened.She said the possibility of it being PCOS was slim....whatever...well I hadnt had the time to schedule an appointment because the clinic/"family planning center' that I go to is only open monday9-3 wednesday9-3,friday9-3 and saturday til noon.........thats fine and wonderful but both my jobs have me scheduled to where its impossible for me to make an appt.
Excuses excuses.
Anyway,I got really excited today because....... I woke up around 10:30...went to the bathroom to pee about a half hour after i woke up..well as i was t/p-ing myself i noticed a lil blood! I got really excited and put a pad on......later on hadta "p" again...and the "blood" was really a brown color...then later on it faded....and then later it was nothing.....(i changed pads of course).....What the heck is it? like spotting? or false period or what?
OOOOOOH! not to mention I had the most horrible cramp ever today to where I cried.I was driving...singing along to my radio and I felt a sharp pinch and then like someone belted me in the ovaries or something and i had tears streaming down my face...it lasted for about 30mins and i took 4 advil to make it go away which it did.
Another thing: I never have cramps.I think I had them ONCE before and I didnt even know what the pain was.(Just like I cant decipher acid reflux/heartburn with hunger....)
I'm sure there have been lotsa "what the brown stuff" posts before but if I could get some input it'd be greatly appreciated.You are all so informative.I'm really workin on going to the doctor soon.I promise!

Brown Stuff old menstral blood it can even smell a teeny bit off and be no cause for concern, but if it's really stinky talk to an obgyn about it. Your body can have false periods, spot, come and go. As you noticed the blood as you peed it may be from your urinary tract as opposed to your uterus so if it hurts when you pee pay attention. The horrible cramp happens to me alot lately. Infact I just had a minor surgery to help. I really would recomend you go to your family planning centre. So many illness and diseases are a million times easier to treat for patient and doctor is they are caught early, and the longer they go the longer and more confusing the issue becomes to diagnose and treat.

I turns out I had ovarian cysts. Which they poked at. I don't know if it helped I'm still recovering.
